Shipping policy
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail. The same delivery prices apply to every UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isles of Scilly.

Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch. Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. These are Royal Mail's target times rather than guarantees, and deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take longer.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the next day, so orders placed before 6pm on a Friday go out on Saturday. Orders placed on a Saturday are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 6pm are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on or before a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
All UK orders are tracked. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International delivery
- European Union: £14.99
- Rest of world (including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway and others): £23.99
Delivery times vary by destination.
Duties and taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges payable in their own country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and may be collected by the carrier before delivery.
Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have 14 days from receiving their order to cancel it for any reason. Please contact us to arrange a return.
